Noel has 34 years’ experience in law enforcement as a Senior Police Officer and Senior Investigating Officer at local, regional, national and international levels. He was the former head of West Midlands Regional Organised Crime Unit and Head of Crime for Warwickshire Police. Noel was also previously employed by the Serious and Organised Crime Agency and National Crime Squad, where he led investigations into crime groups operating across the UK and overseas.
Having joined West Midlands Police in 1983, he has extensive experience in both reactive and proactive investigation and specialised particularly in covert and sensitive policing methods and techniques. More recently he has operated as an Independent Investigator and Consultant for HM Cabinet Office and private sector companies.
Noel joined CCL as an associate in January 2017 and is now the CEO, responsible for the delivery of Digital Forensics and Data Analytics services, as well as the Sales, Marketing and Research and Development teams.
