Webinar: Opinion Evidence in Cell Site Analysis

The Forensic Capability Network will be holding a webinar on Wednesday 14th October on Opinion Evidence in Cell Site Analysis.

Matt Tart, CCL's Principal Cell Site Expert and one of the UK's leading authorities in this field of digital forensics, will join the Forensic Science Regulator, Gillian Tully, for a seminar of keynote presentations followed by a Q&A session.

The webinar aims to cover the topics of Casework Assessment and Interpretation; assessing uncertainty in analysis methods, accuracy and precision; understanding bias and how this can be avoided; the legal and regulatory framework within which expert witnesses are bound; the boundary between factual and opinion evidence, and the practical application to all the aforementioned to cell site analysis.
