There's Merritt in driving CCL's data analytics, discovery and investigations push into private sector

CCL Solutions Group has announced the appointment of forensic technology and disclosure specialist James Merritt as managing consultant for its data analytics team.

James, who was previously with Stroz Friedberg, Iris Data Services and City Docs/Apogee, is a vastly experienced practitioner across all aspects of discovery and disclosure. He will help lead CCL’s push into the private sector, focusing on its litigation support, EDRM and managed review services for law firms and corporates; the latter’s quality and cost-efficiency, with a typical 30% saving over competitors, has seen significant uptake over the past couple of years.

James will also oversee corporate investigation services, working closely with CCL’s digital forensic analysts, cyber security experts and R&D team to provide enterprise and SME clients with a convenient one-stop-shop for investigatory work.

 James has a wealth of knowhow and learning that he applies across the board - from identification, acquiring and processing data through to production and presentation – to ensure optimal outcomes for clients. He is no stranger to travelling around the world – in the days when it was allowed! - and project managing highly complex disclosure operations, in full compliance with the relevant jurisdictional requirements.
