International team strengthened with INTERPOL appointment

UK digital forensics and cyber security specialist CCL Solutions Group has announced the appointment of Dean Watkinson as Senior Business Development Manager. Dean will focus on software solution and cyber security sales both in the UK and internationally, with support too for CCL’s reseller network around the world.
 
Dean has over three decades in law enforcement, working in specialist areas including Intelligence, Covert Policing, Complex and Organised Crime and latterly Cyber Crime, Fraud and Dark Web investigations. He joins from INTERPOL, where his role as a Cyber Specialised Officer saw him operate within the Cyber Directorate with responsibilities for the African continent.  With CCL already working closely with a number of African nations, his frontline knowledge and experience in what is a rapidly-evolving arena will be invaluable in consolidating existing relationships and building future alliances.
 
Dean will also support CCL’s Global Partnership Director Alan McSharry, helping resellers across four continents with the promotion and sale of CCL’s class-leading digital forensic tools SPEKTOR, Cascade and RabbitHole.
 
In addition, Dean will be heading efforts to assist UK law enforcement with strengthening their cyber posture, highlighting the benefits of CCL’s CHECK-accredited pen testing and Red Teaming services for building resilience.
