Main Job Summary

The role will involve reporting and working directly with the Technical Director to provide project management across the technical teams, within the Cyber Services division to ensure the delivery of Cyber Services, including Penetration Testing and Specialist Services Team deliverables, to achieve objectives and ensure effective and efficient delivery and management of Cyber Services.

This role includes facilitation of resource allocation, providing post sales engagement with customers, client engagement throughout operational delivery, production of Management Information (revenue utilisation), engagement with customers to ensure prompt creation of purchase orders and raising of invoices for customers.

Main Duties & Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):
  • Support Technical Director (Cyber Services) with operational delivery
  • Communicate with clients to ensure:
    • Clarity regarding customer requirements and expectations
    • Ensuring scoped requirements are translated into operational delivery teams
    • Obtaining feedback to ensure delivery against requirements
  • Directly manage project delivery and scheduling of technical teams
  • Attend daily standup meetings and maintain project logs and documents
  • Prepare project reports and hold meetings with stakeholders
  • Lead Project Manager for assigned projects across our Penetration Testing and Specialist Services Teams, as appropriate
  • Develop project scopes, deliverables, and cost estimates
  • Develop internal processes to ensure smooth project delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to ensure design and delivery meet the customers' requirements and are delivered on time
  • Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
  • Create project plans and associated documentation (Microsoft Project)
  • Lead project meetings with internal and external teams
  • Maintain project documentation, and support production and procurement and assist with sales pipelines
  • Development of stakeholder relationship with suppliers and customers
  • Interpret scoping and presales proposals and ensure that the correct resources are assigned to tasks
  • Record and produce Management Information as required by the Technical Director (Cyber Services) or Executive Management team
  • Ensure accurate data entry on CCL systems including Sales CRM, Case Management systems Quality Management and financial systems
  • Maintain and improve company quality, profitability and security
  • Manage renewal of certifications and accreditations within Cyber Services and Cyber personnel
  • Process improvement - look for ways of refining the Cyber Services processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of Cyber Services

Preferred Skills
  • A degree associated with the discipline and or 3 years in project management with a minimum 2 year of project management in Cyber or an IT Delivery environment
  • Experience with Cyber or IT service delivery
  • Knowledge of Cyber and Digital Forensics advantageous
  • A good understanding of Cyber Services
  • Good understanding of relevant accreditations including CHECK, CREST, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001

Education:

  • Preferably a degree associated with the discipline

Other Role Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years UK residency
  • Full driving license
  • Satisfactorily pass pre-hire and annual security clearance procedures in accordance with the ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) National Vetting Scheme
